Met up with mum at Bairnsdale, stocked up on supplies (whilst Flynn suppliesed Mum by getting her to go down the big slide) and then off in convoy to Dinner Plain.
Lots of snow around this year, we started seeing it shortly after the climb out of Omeo and it just kept getting better.
Would have to be the best snow I've seen up there in well over 5 years.
Dad had taken the previous week as 'grumpy' leave and had ridden from Boolarra to Dinner Plain.
We thought he might beat us but we overtook him in the last few kms and arrived early enough to get a cold beer ready for him.
