How to setup an annoying apartment

First, make it look good and have all the required features for a relaxing holiday.

Second, no matter how good it looks, make it really frustrating to live in by:

• Having an airconditioner that is really efficient at cooling the entire apartment but whose effectiveness stops 1m short of the doors of the bedrooms so they never get the benefit
• Having ceiling fans in the bedrooms whose lowest setting is somewhere near helicopter takeoff
• Having a constant fan in the bathroom that sounds like a vacuum cleaner, even through 2 doors.
• Having the light for the walk-in robe and ensuite, situated in the main bedroom so you can't turn it on without waking others up.
• Having a wonderful bed in the main bedroom but lousy single beds with spring bases in the second room that sag no matter how good the mattresses are (we ended up with the mattress on the floor)
• Having a timed light switch in the garage set for about 15 seconds of light, just enough time to not finish  what you were trying to do.

Bit of a pity really as we have stayed at that complex before and didn't have any of these problems
